The D. Scott Hudgens Center for Skilled Nursing is located on the campus of Annandale Village at 3500 Annandale Lane, Suwanee, Georgia.

To reach us traveling north on I-85, exit at the Suwanee exit, turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.  Proceed over the highway to the third redlight at Satellite Blvd.  Turn left onto Satellite Blvd.  Annandale Lane is the second street to the right.  Follow Annandale Lane into the campus.  The Laura Grier Center for Special Care is the first building you will see, turn right into the parking area.

To reach us traveling south on I-85, exit at the Suwanee exit, turn right at the end of the exit ramp.  Stay in the left lane, turn left at the second redlight, Satellite Blvd.  Follow same directions as above.
